Put it in the Dropbox!

Have you tried Dropbox, yet?  This tool will allow you to sync files across multiple computers, share files and folders for collaboration, and get an external web link to a file.  To sync files automatically, you do need to download the software and install it to each computer you want to synchronize (You do need administrative rights on your PC to install this, too).
